
Returns and Refunds
Policy Information
We will happily offer an exchange or refund if something isn’t quite right. Simply let us know that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Please request a proof of postage from the post office and retain until we have confirmed receipt of your item(s).
All items must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item. If you believe that your item is faulty, please send a clear photograph of the item with an explanation of the fault within 14 days of receiving. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us (if required). Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, a new item will be sent to you free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested.
Faulty items will only be accepted within 28 days if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. Any items showing damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
